What do you think I can do to get fit easy fun and fast?
One of my favorite forms of conditioning is to get on all fours and move like a wild animal. Look at Animal Planet on youtube and look up various animals such as gorillas, bears, Frogs, Kangaroos and chimps. Animal Exercises are fun and quick to do. It shouldn't take you that long to get out of breath and when you're breathing hard, testasterone builds up and your building natural growth hormone which helps you stay young, build muscle, build stamina and helps your flexibility. As we age our legs tend to go first. The stronger your legs are along with a good upper body training regimene you'll be kicking *** in no time. Take your time with the exercises and if you need to rest then do so.
