What sickness do i have or am i even sick?

i get sick just about every month. i get congested, sore throat, light headed, head aces, mussel pains (i work out a lot and im a dancer) it kinda feels weird to breath in, i cant explain it. i get tummy aces very easy and my urine is greenish. i get hot and cold flashes. i had mono 2 years ago, if that means anything
