Dbol Steroid side effect help?

If i took Dbol for a month or 2 months would it cause major side effects like acne or shrinkage of the man hood or serious damage to my liver? im 19 and weigh 200 at 5'10. i just need to put on some mussel on before i go to Police Academy. and i have try ed everything to get a core but cant i watched my diet, worked out i just cant do it and im thinking about this..? If you have anything that could poss-ably help me other then steroids plz tell me because im a little scared steroids are going to mess up my body 4 the rest of my life and not keep the mussel it puts on.
