Foot Pain! Please Help!!!?

Ok I just got out of a cast thursday because I broke my heel at cheerleading practice. This weekend I had a cheerleading competition (I got permission from my dr. to compete) and I somehow hurt it again. I don't even know what I did. My friends dad is an orthopedic dr. so he looked at my foot and said he thinks its broken because it hurts on the bone but he said I have a slim chance that I could have pulled/torn a mussel. I don't know what to do because I have athletes foot (from my other cast) and if I did break it (again) would they put a cast on it? Is it even possible that I did break it because this is the 3rd time this year. Its not even in the same place as any of the other breaks. Thanks!
