My left leg and foot will not stop twitching?

I went to the hospital and they could do nothing. My foot is continuisly having mussel spasms. I can not make it stop and it feels like its getting worse. The doctor at the hospital suggested it might be MS and I should see a specialist. Im very scared right now I feel like my arm is starting to twitch. I dont know if I should go back to the hospital or wait and see...
