PREGNANCY: RED/ORANGE? DISCHARGE?!?

I'm 12 weeks 6 days today (13 weeks tomorrow) and I woke up this morning to very slight and light red discharge. If all the red pooled into one it wouldnt fit on top of a thumb tack. Later on it turned to orange. I have no cramping or pain but still SCARED out of my mind. Any thoughts anyone?
